In terms of damaged products Bionwellness is made in small batches. We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions about a specific product if it arrives to you damaged and/or broken. In such case, please send a photo of the damaged items to requests@bionwellness.com cc. requests@bionwater.org within 24 hours upon receipt of your package and we will gladly replace for you. We will send to you a return label and replacement of the broken item.
Shipping Domestic & International: We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
